TeleData’s management team has more than 100 years combined experience in designing, managing and maintaining data centres and have brought best practice to TeleData ensuring its  infrastructure and Standard Operating Procedures have been designed to be extremely robust, enabling maintenance and upgrades to be carried out without the need for disruption to critical services.

TeleData has the enviable record of 100% power uptime since its launch in 2005.

Network resilience

 

TeleData firmly believe that resilience in network connectivity is also essential in keeping clients services accessible 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.

 

TeleData are a carrier neutral organisation, with its data centres having multiple fibre entry points, carrying dozens of fibres from both global and regional telecoms providers, ensuring that clients can utilise the services of one or a multiple of carriers, providing them with the flexibility to choose the right level of networking diversity suitable for their individual needs.
